Daniela Fiasconaro


Daniela Fiasconaro deals with advice on labour law regarding both judicial and extrajudicial matters. Her work spans all main areas of labour law, human resources and social security matters.

She also assists and consults Italian and foreign clients in civil litigation. In recent years, she gained extensive experience in the renewable energy sector by providing advice and legal assistance to Italian and foreign companies, with particular focus on obtaining the necessary administrative measures in the development of energy projects, including environmental permits, environmental and electrical regulatory compliance, negotiations with public administrators, settlements and administrative litigation issues.

She graduated in Law from the University of Palermo in 1995 and earned a Ph.D in Criminal Procedure Law from the same University in 2005. During the Ph.D., she did research at the School of Law of the New York University. Since 2007, she has had a research grant with the professorship of “Criminal Procedure Law” at the University of Palermo. 
She has written several articles on Criminal Procedure Law and has delivered lectures in post-graduate courses and, from 2005 to 2007, she was a tutor at the post-graduate School of Specialization for the Legal Professionals, “G. Scaduto” of Palermo.

Before founding the law firm under her name, she had extensive experience at other law firms. She is a member of the Palermo Bar Association. She speaks Italian and English.
